Established by Terry Kleinberg in 1989, Terry Kleinberg – Architect has offered creative solutions to a variety of design problems for more than two decades. Rather than implement a one-size-fits-all design philosophy, the firm responds to the requirements of each client with a unique solution and a high level of personal service, while always respecting budget and other practical constraints. Whether a corporate office, restaurant, or residential renovation, the work of Terry Kleinberg – Architect is distinguished by its clean lines, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Before founding her own firm, Ms. Kleinberg worked for a number of prestigious architectural firms, including Johnson/Burgee, Attia & Perkins, Emilio Ambasz & Associates, and Buck/Cane Architects. Her experience ranges from large-scale office building projects to a museum addition and the design and detailing of a performing arts theater.
She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors in Art History, and her M.Arch from Princeton University where she completed a Masters thesis under Michael Graves. She also studied with Diana Agrest and Rafael Moneo during a year-long internship at the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies.
